Although the ingredients are simple, the taste is divine. Milk, eggs, cream, sugar, fruit and flavoring will mix up just about any flavor of this delectable treat. Place the frozen strawberries into a blender. In a bowl, whisk the sugar into the cream. With blender on mediuim speed, slowly add the cream through the open lid. Blend until mixture is nice and smooth and berries are broken up into small pieces.

Once cooked take out and turn on to a cooling rack. Once cooled, cut in to small bite sized pieces. They can be stored for up to 4 days until you are ready to make your ice cream.
